- After you apply for an exchange, the product you want to exchange will be returned to the customer support center and go through a check-up.
  And then, the product you want will be delivered to you. – Exchange of defective products can be carried out immediately.
  However, please understand the procedure of receiving the products and going through a check-up first, as some exchanges occur not because of the products’ defects but because of poor handling.
